You don’t have to have the menu figured out, know how many servers you need, or have every little detail nailed down before you call. I'm here to help. Tell me what you’re thinking, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what you’re worried about, and I’ll provide recommendations and feedback.

I’ll give you honest suggestions, help you build a menu that makes sense for your event and budget, and make sure the behind-the-scene details—staffing, setup, service, cleanup, and all the stuff you probably don’t want to think about—are taken care of.
